Grease Rehearsals and Dates!

Grease Show dates: April 30th,1st and 2nd.  Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00 P.M.  May 7th and 8th.
7:00 P.M.

Costume check will be on Wednesday, April 15 during class.

  Mandatory rehearsals will start the week before our show opens. 

April 20-24 after school until 4:30PM
Saturday, April 25 10-12 (Tech Rehearsal)
Sunday, April 26 12-2 (Tech Rehearsal)
Monday, April 27 after school-5
Tuesday, April 28 after school-5
Wednesday, April 29 6-8 (Final Dress Rehearsal)

Show days: Report to theater by  5:30 PM

January 20-23

Intro to Drama: This week we will finish testing for copawetta.  Students will learn stage combat this week and learn about mime.

Play Productio:  This wek we will finish casting "The Crucible"  We will start a read through of the play.

Musical Theater:  This week we will finish auditions for our shows.  Be prepared to dance in class. 

Weeks of Dec 1st through Finals

Intro to Theater:  These last two weeks we will work on advanced acting skills.  They will be performed for a grade.

Play Production:  The show Pleasanrville is up and runing!  Be prepared every night.

Drama 2:  This is the final week to get Clueless to a performance level.  Show  is Monday!

November 17th

Intro to Theater: This week we will start T.V. and Film.

Play Prod:  This week we will run through the show.  Remember we open when we come back!

Drama 2:  This week we will prevue Cluless!

Week of Nov 9th

Intro to Theater: This week we will finish watching  our productons.

Play Production:  Great job at One Act Competion. This week we will rework the Play.

Dram 2: Prepareto put up clueless next week.

November 3-7th

Intro to Theater-  Continue working on your scenes.

Play Production-  One Acts is this Saturday.  We will prevue Friday Night.  Remember to bring your costumes and props to rehearsel this week!

Drama 2 -  Continue to work on your lines for the show

Oct 20th

INtro to Drama:  For the next weeks we will prepare our Mini productions.

Play production:  Pleasentville will run the first week in December Wednesday the 3rd Frida,y Sat at 7:00.  And the next week 11th 12th 13th at 7:00PM.     We are taking the show to One Act Competetion and will perform the show for parents and special guests that Friday before.  Our time for one act competetion is last so we do not have to get their early.  Probably around 3:00.

Drama 2:  We are still blocking our shows.  Please come ready to work!

Week of sept 22nd through OCt17

Intro to Theater:  Please be ready to bring in your Fairytale stories.  This week we willo finish Mime and go into Voice and Diction.

Play Production:  This week we will finish reading through the play.  Be prpared with your script to block the show.

Drama 2:  Auditions will continue with Cluless, and Romeo You Idiot!

Week of the 8th

Intro:  This week will be very busy.  Grades for stage combat and Mime to music are due.  Please remember to bring in props and music.

Play Prod: This week we will start auditions for Pleasentville.  Look over your sides!

Drama 2:  We are still looking for a play.  We will continue staged readings this week.
