Thank you!

I would like to thank all of my students and parents for the well wishes I have received in these past two weeks.  I am feeling stronger each day and hope Spring Break will allow me to rest and relax.  I hope you also will have a restful, fun filled Spring Break.

I would also like to thank Mrs. Lossner and Mrs. Wolfman for coming into my classes daily to help students keep up.  Their expertise and experience helped us all through a difficult time.

We are scheduled to take our chapter 7 test tomorrow.  The test has been adjusted for my time out of class.  Students are fully aware which topics are to be covered.

Again, thank you all.

Important notice to all my students:

I had to undergo emergency surgery yesterday evening.  The doctor has forbidden me from coming to school for the next week.  Therefore, there will be no extra help before school this week.  I am sorry for any inconvenice this causes you.  If you were supposed to make up your Midterm with me, please see Mrs. Carman in room 89 and she will set up a time for you to take your test with her.

Please continue to use the syllabus I gave you last week.  Monday/Tuesday, Review packet worksheets on Radicals/ Rational Exponents.  Wednesday/Thursday, textbook assignment per syllabus.

2nd period students:  The review packet in on my computer table.  The packet has 2 front/back pages.  There is also a copy of all the answers for these worksheets.  Ask the substitue to distribute those packets/answers to you.

Please share this information with your fellow classmates.  Remember to prepare for the GHST this week by getting a good night's sleep and eating a good breakfast.  You should also remember, you may not use a graphing calculator on these Graduation Tests.  A 4 function calculator will be available to you for testing purposes.

Good luck on the GHSGT.  I'll be pulling for you!
