Dear Parents,

I know some of your students have been using Skills Tutor at home, wonderful!

This is great reinforcement for what we are doing in class and the student work is recorded whether the log in at school or at home so I can check their progress.

Here is the log in information again:

www.myskillstutor.com

Your student knows their log in information and password- please let me know if you want me to send it home again.

I will add new levels as each student progresses.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Before Winter Break, I sent home information about selecting a book according to your student's Lexile level.

Here it is again in case you have misplaced it.

Log on to :

Choose the parent's link

Choose find a book

Enter sort by lexile range (please let me know if you need me to send your student's lexile range to you again)

You may then enter your choices that most interest your child and it will give you a list of books

You can then take the list to the library or bookstore , look at the books and make a selection.
